Current product scope

Tahseel manages receivables, invoices, recorded debt payments and promises. Recording a customer payment is neither a Tahseel subscription purchase nor card processing.

The trial starts after email verification and company creation, using the server-configured duration and limits. No card is required and no automatic charge occurs at expiry. Read access is retained after trial expiry while business mutations are restricted.

Launch prices, tax treatment, refund policy and legal terms are not approved. The current lifecycle does not implement recurring mandates or automatic renewal. Unapproved commercial checkout remains disabled. Android supports use and trial without external purchase steering.

Payments, communication and reminders

The current trial is seven days. An Owner chooses an approved plan and receiving channel on Web; the request snapshots amount, currency, period and instructions. A reference/image does not verify receipt: activation requires an authorized administrator's independent review. Demo values are neither real wallets nor commercial approval. This launch does not process automated gateway payments.

You are responsible for accurate records, permission to contact customers and respecting opt-outs. WhatsApp is manual only; no bulk chat opening occurs. You select the account and send inside WhatsApp. Daily device reminders are optional and approximate and may be delayed by the OS; they guarantee neither collection nor current offline financial data.

Accounts, responsibilities and termination

Use a separate account for each member and do not share credentials. Collectors see only currently assigned portfolios; platform administration is distinct from company roles. Expired access restricts protected changes without erasing history. Deletion requests do not close companies belonging to others; see the deletion page for ownership/retention details. Commercial terms, warranties, liability limits and dispute provisions require operator approval and are not created by this local demonstration.
